DESCRIZIONE
In CreatiWeb, come UX Designer e Web Designer mi sono occupata dello studio funzionale / user experience e del completo restyling del vecchio gestionale CodeOne.
CodeOne è un gestionale per campeggi e villaggi che permette la completa gestione di una struttura turistica, dalla raccolta delle prenotazioni al coordinamento di manutenzione e pulizia, del ristorante, fino alle sbarre per l’ingresso delle autovetture.
Assieme al Project Manager ho stilato una lunga e dettagliata analisi funzionale del software e analizzato proposte per snellire le procedure; in sessioni online ho studiato l’interazione di diversi target a valutato proposte di miglioramento dell’usabilità.
Il progetto, purtroppo, dopo più di un anno è stato fermato a causa dei costi troppo elevati per lo sviluppo; rimangono quindi solamente le bozze di un lavoro lungo ma molto soddisfacente.
In CreatiWeb as UX Designer and Web Designer I dealt with the UX / functional study and the complete restyling of the old CodeOne software.
CodeOne is a management system for campsites and villages that allows the complete management of a tourist structure: the collection of reservations, the coordination of maintenance and cleaning, the restaurant, the control of the plates of the entering cars, and much more.
With the Project Manager I drew up a long and detailed functional analysis of the software and analyzed proposals to streamline the procedures; in online sessions I studied the interaction of different targets and evaluated usability improvement proposals.
Unfortunately, after more than a year, the project was stopped due to too high development costs; therefore I only have the drafts of a long but very satisfying work.
